PCB CAD Software Customization with TCL Scripts: Refined TCL script to generate reports listing end to end netlist connectivity through a PCB system in .csv format. Object Measurement with Image Processing Techniques: Employed image thresholding and contour measurement techniques to accurately quantify spike diameters from a stitched image of a spike array. Data was plotted into a heatmap, effectively illustrating the variation in spike size across the entire image.

Main Project: Designed a test board to assess the functionality of FPGAs. Completed the board from choosing components and drawing the schematic to completing placement and routing for the PCB. Board was printed and used for testing in future company designs.Designed finite state machine to lower 60 MHz clock signal to 350 kHz and generate 8 different PWM signals with different phase shifts. Derated a PCB to ensure power, current, and voltage ratings could withstand extreme electrical events. Soldered harnesses and assembled generators for testing. Created symbols, footprints, and 3D models for diverse electrical components using Altium and SolidWorks. Conducted RF testing on test fixtures used in quality control. Completed software validation for Altium to ensure all features on the application are compatible with company usage.
