Provided Program Development for Biotech start up companies for all phases from permits, programs, training, audits, inspections and strategic health and safety planning. Worked for non-biotech clients as well in general industry, warehouse operations and as a team member to support local municipalities hazardous waste operations.

Provided direction and implementation for all work safety program for Affymax. Gained the operation permits and licenses for its laboratory operations. Worked with the building planning groups during the 3 build outs. Supported multiple sites, and participated in the spin out of Affymetrix until a permanent employee was hired.
