Returning to Real Estate after many years working in a social services environment brought a refreshing change, and fortunately for me, I was offered the opportunity to work for Bayleys - the largest full-service Real Estate Company in New Zealand. As the Operations Manager for Auckland Residential, I am tasked with recruiting, managing and supporting a team of administrators whose role behind the scenes is of utmost importance, ensuring what we promise our internal and external clients is always delivered.
