About Andrea Viale
After obtaining a BSc in Mathematical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, I recently ended a double Master degree program in Quantitative Finance at Politecnico di Milano & Paris-Saclay. This path has given me solid bases of engineering and mathematics that I am currently learning to apply in the financial world.Consequently, I successfully completed an enriching internship with HypoVereinsbank, where I had the pleasure to join the IFRS9 & Managerial model team in the Credit Risk Modelling department. This experience honed my skills and provided valuable insights into the world of financial modelling.Currently, I am enthusiastically immersed in the indexing domain as a member of the Equity Index Management team at Solactive AG, after completing an internship as a Quant member of the Equity Product Development team. Here, I am leveraging my diverse skill set to explore and contribute to the fascinating intersection of engineering, mathematics, and finance.I am passionate about the continuous learning process and committed to apply my knowledge to drive innovation in the financial sector.
