I am responsible for the overall recruiting efforts of the recruiting team supporting the Northern California market. I lead a team of full life-cycle technical recruiters and sourcers who focus in the areas of web and software development, Quality Assurance, Business and Data Analysis, Analytics, Marketing, Product Management, Project/Program Management and Information Security. The team recruits on contingent and on occasion permanent opportunities for industries including ecommerce, retail, banking/finance, healthcare and more.I am also responsible for the growth and development of the recruiters which includes training, mentoring, motivation and continuous knowledge within the IT industry.
