I have two decades' experience in education as a classroom teacher, director of curriculum and instruction, strategic consultant, and coach. My education background is complemented by my experience in marketing and communications as a writer, editor, copyeditor, and proofreader. I love working one-on-one with K-12 teachers to craft engaging, learner-centered lessons or unit plans; working with school teams to implement models and design signature programs and chart a course to sustaining and scaling meaningful change; and working directly with learners to support their creativity, self-direction, and skill-building.
