Reporting to the CMO, managing all aspects of SimpliVity's “Lead to Close” process (establishing cadence for all inbound and outbound demand creation campaigns, forecasting and monitoring lead and opportunity creation to achieve revenue objectives) and online engagement via the SimpliVity.com corporate website (including website development and SEO optimization, partner and support portal development/re-fresh, and related integration with Salesforce and Hubspot Marketing automation). Maintain/enhance/optimize all Marketing systems & processes, and manage Marketing budgeting processes.

Manage a Global team responsible for the standardization, implementation, management & enhancement of Marketing SystemsProvide vision and leadership in defining the Marketing database strategy including the utilization of Eloqua to maximize marketing's return on investment Manage large-scale projects through the entire life cycle (project scoping and planning to vendor selection, internal and external resource management, development, implementation & change management)Partner with Sales & IT to deliver best-in-class systems to enable PTC's business processes
