Network, research and connect with focused military invitational Hiring Events, local military installation Career Skillbridge Program (CSP) contacts to provide support to transitioning military service members. Provide one-on-one career counseling assistance while mentoring, coaching, educating, and counseling on pertinent government/non-government resources available to military service members and spouses on employment resources, resume writing, apprenticeship, internships, mentoring programs, referrals, and job placement opportunities.

Created and led onboarding programs and supporting new hires through entire employment full life cycle process. Planned, organized, and attended job fairs, military installation career fair, and hiring events. Recruited applicants for various career opportunities based on business growth within local and county government.
