Overseas assignment in Hong Kong. Created and managed a regional operations support team dedicated to the Real Estate Capital Markets – Asia principal investing business, supporting offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, India, Japan and Taiwan. Serviced a $2 billion portfolio of Equity and Mezzanine Debt investments. Created operational framework for Lending businesses in Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
