Brand Manager: Protect and build the Amelie Péché brand and image across its various markets. Conceptualize, design, and produce cohesive collections for new products and special events. Maintain an attractive and inviting retail display in both café locations with the constant objective to optimize sales. Assure the Amelie Péché brand is evident and represented appropriately in all events we are present. Conceptualize, design, and produce all ads for print magazines. PR Manager: Cultivate positive relations with other brands for the mutual benefit of our clientele. Search and evaluate sponsorship opportunities for collaborative events. Represent the voice of Amelie Péché for media and press.Graphic Designer and Photographer: Create and maintain a cohesive brand across all web and printed material including: commercial packaging, campaigns, store displays, printed store material, web promotions, etc. Design and supervise new commercial packaging efforts. As head photographer, fulfill all photographic needs for publicity, catalog, and advertising campaign material. Social Media Manager: Strategically create consistently interesting posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Designed new curriculum for 9th grade speciality class, that served as a continuum from 8th grade Multimedia Photoshop course. Taught 80 minute blocks to 1:1 students using Macbook pros, teaching skills such as photo retouching, compositing, collage design, and layer masking. Managed course content, discussion forums and assignment dropboxes online through Schoology. Graded weekly assignments and final projects, as well as administered progress reports.

Trained teachers from 1-9th grade on how to effectively implement technology into their daily lesson plans, project designs, and curriculum through Apple's methodology of 1:1 learning on Macbook and iPads. Managed and tracked individual professional development of teachers through class observations, one-on-one coaching and follow-ups. Designed professional development staff days for extensive training on digital tools and teaching strategies. Successfully implemented new LMS, Schoology, across all divisions.

Piloted the first after-school photography club for Colegio Inglés. Taught digital photography skills at a beginner-intermediate level to students in the grades 7-9. Planned weekend photo excursions in local parks and attractions, as well as 2 gallery shows per school year for students to invite friends and family to see their work. Club covered not only the basics of photography: Exposure, Focus, Composition, but different subject areas including: portraits, landscapes, action, macro, and food/product. Invited professional photographers to share their tips and techniques with the club either through a visit or video Skype call.

Taught all 8th grade students on a daily basis in iMac computer lab. Instructed students on how to use iLife '9: iPhoto, GarageBand, and iMovie, as well as Adobe Flash CS3 and Excel. Designed projects and weekly assignments with always the goal to invite maximum creativity as well as assess students' skills. Managed gradebook and administered progress reports.
