Taught 80 minute blocks to 1:1 students using Macbook pros, teaching skills such as photo retouching, compositing, collage design, and layer masking. Managed course content, discussion forums and assignment dropboxes online through Schoology. Graded weekly assignments and final projects, as well as administered progress reports.

Managed and tracked individual professional development of teachers through class observations, one-on-one coaching and follow-ups. Designed professional development staff days for extensive training on digital tools and teaching strategies. Successfully implemented new LMS, Schoology, across all divisions.

Piloted the first after-school photography club for Colegio Inglés. Taught digital photography skills at a beginner-intermediate level to students in the grades 7-9. Planned weekend photo excursions in local parks and attractions, as well as 2 gallery shows per school year for students to invite friends and family to see their work. Club covered not only the basics of photography: Exposure, Focus, Composition, but different subject areas including: portraits, landscapes, action, macro, and food/product. Invited professional photographers to share their tips and techniques with the club either through a visit or video Skype call.
