Current• Creation, development and deployment of marketing segment roadmap, strategic activities and propositions in conjunction with company’s growth plan for consumer and business segment by channels• Coordinate work of communications in order to deliver required outputs for defined products (core and tactic campaigns, ATL and BTL materials)• Responsible for benchmarking in telco sector (Products, Propositions, mobile operators Slovak, EU and partially other world)• Responsible for key products company targets (Gross Adds, ARPU, % of sales phones and data)• Work in closed with Agencies, Trainers, Partners, Device providers, across functional department in case to taking new Products and Propositions to market /lead of Segment Team 3 FTEs, 1 PTE)• Responsible for key company targets (Gross Adds, new customer ARPU)• Reporting to Top Management Key achievements:• Goals oriented: fulfillment of plan for Customer on Slovak market (10% of share) and launch Prepaid and Postpaid Products, Mobile Number Portability boost, % of data penetration• Success marketing campaigns: Calling after 3.minute in 4ka network, 4GB data on top for online customers, support of 4ka Weeks, Extra benefit for mobile number portability customers
