BGB Dentistry is the continuation of a 7-year period at DPA. We focus at guiding the best European dentists to establish themselves as professionals in the Netherlands through our own Dental Dutch program of 5 months (full-time). We are the only language institute in The Netherlands with a guarantee on getting the BIG-registration and a steady job at a good clinic. - Conducting language evaluation interviews (in English) for potential candidates for the BGB program (foreign dentists).- Coordinating the online part of the language course (preparing schedules and contracts for teachers, onboarding and maintaining contact with both students and teachers, managing the e-learning platform).- Maintaining course administration and contributing to course improvements based on feedback received.- Uploading materials to the platform and offering support in reviewing materials/assignments/newly created exams.- Coordinating the Dutch language exams for dentists (B2+ level).- Personal contact with dentists holding a degree from outside the European Union and assisting them in their registration process with the BIG register.

Amsterdam Area, Netherlands

- I provided support in introducing additional elements to the language course in response to new Dutch government regulations, which require achieving a B2+ language proficiency level.- I coordinated the online segment of the language course, managing preparatory communication with teachers and students, creating schedules, and overseeing the entire process, providing feedback when necessary in order to better the course.- Together with a colleague, I helped coordinate the follow-up process for those who did not pass the medical language exam, arranging tailor-made individual lessons to help them reach the required level for the exam.- I assisted non-European professionals, primarily data scientists, with arranging their immigration paperwork with the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND).- During a colleague’s absence, I assisted Italian engineers with their relocation to the Netherlands by handling their initial bureaucratic processes.- I was responsible for a while for a small project, in collaboration with another company, focused on recruiting medical professionals for temporary assignments in the Dutch Caribbean islands, mainly Aruba.

Research, interviews, and selection of Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese dentists to offer them employment in a Dutch clinic (or company).- Providing support to dentists by handling all necessary paperwork and professional registration processes.DPA Spanish Professionals specializes in mediating between Spanish (Italian and Portuguese) graduates and companies to provide them with work opportunities in the Netherlands in the fields of Dentistry, Engineering, and IT. This is achieved through a program that also includes an intensive language course and technical training.

Colle Di Val D'Elsa - Italy

- Interviewing potential outbound exchange students. - Management of internal (Italian volunteers) and external (international partners) communication. - Management of paperwork (reviewing of dossiers) required to potential exchange students coming from all over the world to spend an exchange programme to Italy as well as the paperwork required to hostfamilies.- Organization of on-arrival and pre-departure camps for the students (co-working with Logistics Department), including recruiting volunteers, airport procedures and activities aimed at group building and intercultural learning.- Monitoring the exchange experiences of students participating to short programmes (summer and trimester).- Databases management and reviewing of evaluation papers.
