I've always valued international mobility and the personal growth that comes with it. From early on, I actively sought out opportunities to broaden my perspective, taking part in various educational and professional exchanges abroad and later volunteering in an association dedicated to similar goals. For the past 10 years I have been carrying this passion into my work, where I can do something that energizes me and aligns with my values. During the first two and a half years I have been in charge of the recruitment of European dentists alongside three colleagues, handling every step of the initial process—from screening CVs and conducting interviews to finalizing the selection in the Netherlands. In 2017, I took on a new challenge within our company joining team Academy as a coordinator for our language course. Currently, I am responsible for part of the online course until the handover to my colleague, who is in charge of the intensive course in Westerbork, the Netherlands (Seefeld, Austria until april 2023), and all the way to the medical language exam. I also work with dentists from outside the EU, whose registration process is more complex, helping them navigate each step until they’re fully registered to practice in the Netherlands.I'm deeply passionate about languages and am always eager to learn new things. I also have a strong interest in intercultural communication.
