UNRAE is the association of foreign automotive manufacturers operating in Italy, which gathers 47 companies and 63 brands from car, van, truck and bus sectors, representing an industry with 160,000 employees and 53 bln Euros turnover.UNRAE, which is part of the Italian National Statistical System, is widely recognized as the official source of information on every aspect of the automotive sector.Its activities span within a wide range: Institutional and Media Relationships at all levels, Study & Research in the automotive sector, in cooperation with major think tanks and academic bodies, value added IT services of many kinds provided to associate members and third parties.The General Manager, a permanent role, is responsible for all the activities carried out by the Association, and reports to a Board which is elected by the General Assembly under a fixed end term mandate.

Full P&L responsibility for Alphabet Italy, reporting to the CEO of Alphabet International. Lead the integration of old Alphabet and former ING Car Lease, creating a new Top 5 player in the Italian market, leader in innovative business mobility solutions.

Industry Association of Renting, Leasing, Car Sharing and Automotive Services. Member of Confindustria, Federturismo and Leaseurope. Relationships with Institutions, Media and other Industry Associations. Appointed for the term 2017-20, after six years as a Vice-President.

In charge of institutional relationships, code of business conduct, labour market observatory and other matters.

Full P&L responsibility for the italian BU, reporting to the CEO, ING Car Lease International. Lead a fast and successful turnaround of the platform, while gaining three market positions.

Full responsibility for all Europe regarding:• procurement of all non-fleet categories (outsourcing transactional services and category management to a Global Service Provider);• continuous improvement of supply chain processes across the organization, including fleet acquisition techniques.

Full responsibility for:• fleet planning and acquisition;• suppliers selection and management (European responsibility re: Fiat Group);• used vehicles sale, marketing and after-sales assistance;• fleet and equipment administration, logistics, roadside assistance and maintenance.

Leading the reorganisation of Remarketing activities across Europe, within the company-wide “Genesis Project”.
