- Managed team of Covid-19 Contact Tracers for the state of CO, providing leadership for my 41 Contact Traces on everything from training, case investigations, special projects (investigating Covid variants, travel team), self-care, process updates, and more- Lead monthly virtual meetings for 80+ employees and smaller weekly team meetings- Coordinated a statewide project of Covid data cleaning with Local Public Health Agencies and the 250+ employees within the CO Covid Response Corps (CCRC), ensuring that Covid data reported by CCRC is accurate and in a usable format- Created data cleaning reports in Dr Justine (the digital platform used for Covid contact tracing), translating those reports into a form accessible to Contact Tracers, so they could fix their own data errors and understand how to have 'cleaner' records going forward- Identified unmet programmatic needs and started special projects addressing program gaps including creating detailed SOPs, leading Self-Care sessions, and revising CCRC's process for variant Covid investigations- Demonstrated flexibility in taking on extra responsibilities when asked by Branch Manager, including temporarily leading the Resource Coordination team, flexing to take on 22 Americorps members, heading up Covid variant investigations, etc- Sought out CDPHE trainings on and racism, discrimination in the workplace, have been at the front of a push to educate on these topics with open and regular conversation on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion- Became the go-to person for my fellow Team Leads when they have questions, or want a second opinion on a decision- Developed buy-in from team members, growing their sense of ownership in the program, and fostering community within the team through games, stats, and providing 'the bigger picture' on why their work matters- Created structure and expectations for poor-performing Investigators to improve call quality and quantity
