As Operations Manager I manage the work flow through the company for new projects in all relevant departments after Sales setting priorities for design, systems, purchasing and manufacturing. My department run around 100 projects at a time split between project managers at a cost of £1000 to £500000. I still daily project manage projects for high profile clients.I also manage the repairs and service side of the department with over 300 PPM contracts starting from 4 hour repsonse and average of 330 service calls per month.
