As Commercial Director my role has encompassed a broad range of responsibilities. During my tenure I have grown revenue through creating a vision for growth and leading the company through the transition required across all the key areas of the business. Culture and engagement, client relationships, business development, Green Lean (sustainability) and Lean, Operational Excellence are some of the areas on which I have delivered. In 2022 I was part of the team that navigated the company through all stages of the company sale to a US buyer. Delighted to now be part of Comar.

• Strategic planning and implementation. A key strength is my ability to analyse the market and identify opportunities for client acquisition. The International Selling Programme has provided me with added knowledge of applying the skill set in different countries. • Sales and business development. I have delivered significant sales and revenue growth for each company I have worked with and I have a solid understanding of lead qualification and profit metrics. • Contract negotiation and close. I enjoy client negotiations and closing the deal. My expertise also includes preparation of quotes, tender documents and the review and drafting of legal contracts. • Strong management and people skills. I enjoy working with people and meeting new people. When I have a team reporting to me I am adept at motivating them to deliver results. • Key account management. Whilst I enjoy the pursuit of new business opportunities I believe in nurturing existing clients to deliver new projects, increased revenue and referral business. • Project management. My largest project management to date was the construction of 17 houses in France. In my current role the project management of new business is a key skill that I rely on working with a technical team to deliver client satisfaction.
