With over a decade and a half in human and social services, my journey has been defined by empowering at-risk youth, adults with mental health challenges, and those facing co-occurring disorders. The role of Family Coordinator has allowed the team to leverage my extensive case management skills, ensuring that each individual's journey is met with comprehensive support and a deep understanding of necessary documentation.
