I have forged a career leveraging deep consumer, cultural and marketplace insights, innovation and responsibility to re/invent brands, bringing relevance to a modern, aspirational consumer, building community and positioning brands for healthy growth, including:Vivienne Westwood | Gender expansiveness and political activism for a healthy planet were key influences in this luxury designer brand, decades ahead of the fashion industry and society. As a key collaborator with Vivienne, her Head Pattern Maker and a small design team, I launched a career defined by an obsessive focus on fit, individual expression and experimentation.Levi Strauss & Co | Extensive exploration around body types and sizes, fit solutions, sustainability, responsible manufacturing practices and gender and racial equality were deeply entrenched in our culture and goals. On the Advanced Innovation Team, and as co-creator for Levi’s Type 1™ Jeans, and the 512 Perfectly Slimming Jean, I delivered denim innovations in fit, fabric, construction and styling to drive explosive growth.Clary Sage Organics | A certified B Corp, sustainability, wellness, performance and female empowerment were driving forces for this groundbreaking eco active brand. I delivered the first luxury active fabrication made from post-consumer recycled water bottles, and invented the first foundations inspired powermesh support bra built into active tops.Timbuk2 | Providing a carrying solution for all facets of our global nomadic lifestyle, not a single bag ever found its way into landfill. Leveraging a deep commitment to sustainability, urban manufacturing and functionality, my creative vision and development excellence drove the modernization of the brand’s product and creative point-of-view, including a redesign of our product collections, website, brand book and aspirational consumer targets.
