I involved and collaborated with Marketing and Communication teams to ensure alignment. ● Worked alongside of my team to develop an efficient and streamlined interview process. ● Full cycle Recruiter for some high priority adds to our headcount. I successfully filled multiple Bioprocess Associate positions (shifts varied: day, swing, and graveyard), 4 Bioprocess Technicians to form a new subteam, Lab Operations Associate, Research Associate, MSAT Technician, and 2 Office Coordinators. ● Wrote and implemented a guideline on how to utilize GEM and Greenhouse. It covers the basics of how to create projects, write campaigns, create dashboards, send progress reports to hiring managers, and data cleanliness. ● I built evergreen talent pools for roles under Upstream Process Development, MSAT, Cell Culture Media Development, Food R&D, Food Product Development, and Sensory. ● I was hired as a contract Sourcer to build pipelines for UPSIDE’s scientific high-priority leadership roles. After 6 months, I was converted to FTE.● During my tenure at UPSIDE Foods, I hired candidates from the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage industries.

●I was responsible for identifying and building robust pipelines for Color’s HR and People Team roles: Human Resources Business Partner, Occupational Health & Safety, Workforce Analytics, Total Rewards Manager, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Program Manager, Head of Talent, Technical Sourcer, and Business Sourcer. ● I was tasked with adding 150 new potential candidates a week to Color’s Gem and Lever. I collaborated with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and implement sourcing strategies. Color utilized LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to identify and engage with qualified candidates. ● I screened qualified potential candidates and created interest in Color’s HR and People roles.● I hired candidates software, consumer goods, and start-ups.
