Fueling the Leaders and Best to Reach Peak Performance!As a Registered Dietitian holding the Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) credential, I am dedicated to improving athletic performance through tailored nutrition strategies at both the individual and team levels.In December 2021, my career as a dietitian began, drawing on my experience as a former student-athlete to foster connections with and empower University of Michigan athletes. Currently, I am the dietitian for the Men's and Women’s Gymnastics teams, Men's and Women's Swim and Dive teams, and the Women's Volleyball team. My experience extends across a variety of Olympic sports teams, ensuring each athlete is fueled to perform at their best and is set up for success during and after their collegiate sports career. Beyond my professional endeavors, I enjoy mountain biking and hiking at local Michigan parks, taking group fitness classes at my local gym, and fueling my activities with homemade ice cream, yogurt, and bread.Let's connect and share resources to help athletes perform | recover | repEAT!
