Senior Client Hr & Benefits Analyst
- Primary POC for HR/Benefits primary point of contact for book of business
- Process/resolve all activities related to retirement activities along with health/welfare benefit plan and all system aspects
- Manage annual benefit renewal process for all client groups
- Coordinate and handle all aspects of retirement plan activity – plan audit, testing, etc.
- Provided client training on system, process and policies
- Partner with client management on the review and recommendation related employee relations, benefit inquiries and performance related issues
