Senior Client Hr & Benefits Analyst
● Primary POC for HR/Benefits primary point of contact for book of business● Process/resolve all activities related to retirement activities along with health/welfare benefit plan and all system aspects ● Manage annual benefit renewal process for all client groups● Coordinate and handle all aspects of retirement plan activity – plan audit, testing, etc.● Provided client training on system, process and policies● Partner with client management on the review and recommendation related employee relations, benefit inquiries and performance related issues● Handles set-up of new clients and staff and related benefit deductions● Escalate client matters as needed to leadership
