In my past and present roles, I have been responsible for managing the daily operations of the organization. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, monitoring internal and external controls and ensuring that the organization is compliant with all policies, procedures and regulations. Also, I am the first line of contact for employees in any area of employee relations. I consistently use my extensive knowledge in this area to coordinate effective training and development activities, performance evaluations and conflict resolution.I strive daily to continue to be an effective manager and strategic business partner that collaborates with all levels of management and employees to cultivate a culture of teamwork, positivity, respect and overall organizational success.
