VNC is the largest union for cabin crew in the Netherlands.We represent the cabin crew of several Dutch airline companies as KLM, KLM Cityhopper. transavia.com and EasyjetIn addition to my job as senior Cabin Attendant I started working as a board member at VNC in 2014. I am the President of the KLM Cityhopper section and became the VNC Vice President in August 2018. I negotiate the collective labor agreement with KLM Cityhopper and am responsible for individual representation of our members.

KLM Cityhopper carries out around 300 European flights a day for KLM. My duties consist of managing the cabin (leading colleagues). I am responsible for all flight safety duties in the cabin and together with my colleagues I provide the service on board. As a Checker, I objectively assess the performance of colleagues. I perform end of probation, annual, promotion and random checks.

Kindzorg / Freekids is a provider of childcare for children in the age of 0 to 12 years old.I started my time at Freekids as a Social Pedagogical Worker, after two years I was asked to write a sportsplan to develop and implement sports into the whole organisation. In 2012 I started as Assistant Manager at the largest location which could hold up to 120 children each day.
