Successfully transferred 10,000 FX Spot/Forward and Currency Options trades from MER to BAC systems/portfolios during 36-hour weekend event; reconciled positions/Pnl in time for Asia start of day; confirmed/settled trades; post-implementation support included nostro and G/L shutdown. Prior merger events include LaSalle Bank (2007), which introduced wire/consumer-based trading to BAC; Fleet Bank (2004), which integrated Bank of Boston LatAm branches into BAC and added a Boston Sales location; and Nations Bank (1999), which introduced state banking and consumer business into the traditional interbank/corporate environment. Integrated a payments/client access system with each merger event.Merged trading rooms in NY, Toronto, (2003), London (2005), Dublin and Hong Kong (2006) and Tokyo (2008) onto one common and shared FX platform under the Bank of America NA legal entity. Global Operations seamlessly support trading and a single PnL with a 'follow the sun' approach.

•Assume responsibility of a global unit running a 24-hour operation out of Concord CA posting quarterly average losses of $500k. Instituted controls to stem flow of losses to average $10k; achieved through teamwork with Murex vendor; front-to-back-training; workflow controls.•Manage the build out of Financial and Currency Futures while instituting controls and streamlining workflow. Eliminated an outdated application (Devon).•Implement program for the on-boarding of global users of Currency Options Operations services. Design standard global workflow and instituted SLAs; rolled out to14 countries over a 3-year time span. Standardized front-to-back workflows between US, European and Asian units and reduced FTE by 15%.
