I lead the unit providing strategic advisory services on infrastructure for all land transport modes, road, rail and urban transport (metro, tram, bus, trolleybus, cablecars, cycling). We are involved in all steps of projects' lifecycle, from feasibility to design, tendering and construction, advising on every aspect of the delivery process, from tendering strategy setup to tender management, scheduling and budget management, as well as technical assessment and regulatory advice. I lead a diverse team of professionals providing programme and project management services on large and complex infrastructure projects, as well as strategic advice on procurement and delivery strategy, management processes, risk assessment and technical assurance.Additionally, I hold responsibility for technical due diligences aimed at investing into project finance or M&A initiatives, such as the acquisition of motorway operator ASPI. I am competent in PMO and project management, appraisal of construction contracts, set up and management of procurement, as well as delivery, strategies and processes, risk analysis and structuring of tenders for large infrastructure, working on projects in Italy, UK, Europe and South America.
