I am responsible for designing and supervising the learning and development (L&D) programme for new starters, incl. training plan, schedule and materials. I identify training needs of current employees and organize training for them. Training sessions I deliver include both soft-skill and hard-skill training: induction, manual handling training (health & safety), customer-focused communication training (via email and phone), mentoring training (for trainers and managers), and training on the software (Oscar, Sugar – CRM) used by the company. When the need arises, I search and liaise with external suppliers of training.I create evaluation tools and monitor the evaluation of both new and current employees. I am also involved in recruitment by evaluating candidates.

I have delivered soft-skill trainings in English in a classroom environment (6-12 people) on business communication topics, such as: presentation skills, effective meetings, negotiation and persuasion, phone calls & conferences, and business e-correspondence. I actively participated in the needs analysis, the process of designing and tailoring the course to the participants’ needs, delivery and evaluation.As part of the presentation skills and the negotiation training, I have provided one-on-one coaching to the participants to improve their presentations.As a trainer, I have worked with the mid-management and team leaders of the following companies: IBM BTO, UBS PSC, Hitachi Data Systems, Sabre Holdings, Motorola, State Street, Aon Hewitt.

I conduct and manage business consulting projects in all CEE (Central Eastern European) countries, including cooperation with subcontractors. The most common project types are competitive intelligence, market research (quantitative and qualitative), distributor searches, and sourcing projects. I have extensive experience in conducting both secondary and primary research (face-to-face and phone interviews with executives, managers, and other employees of companies from various sectors). Being actively involved in the sales process, I have conducted numerous proactive calls, followed sales leads from the sales team and prepared offers to potential clients.

I conducted market research, competitive intelligence and due diligence projects in the CEE region and Russia. I also took part in the sales process, negotiating with potential clients and preparing offers. Main sectors covered: IC&T, healthcare, energy, aerospace, and safety & security. I was also responsible for running workshops for new employees on primary and secondary market research techniques.
