I assisted technical users with over the phone, email and in person projects and application support. Full understanding of the product range and industry standards was required as well as continuous personal development in the field. To assist me in this I had industry leading training to cover applications, installations and approvals.I liaised with marketing, sales, operations, and R & D departments to discuss opportunities for case studies, customer feedback, and trends. One trend encouraged me to develop quick start guides to assist support calls, which reduced support call time by up to 70%. This material was also used as part of the product training programme for new internal staff.I represented the company by promoting and encouraging engineering careers to students at local schools as well as traveling to meet customers for one-to-one training on our products.

Responsible for checking, clarifying and rectifying product Bills of Materials, technical drawings, user guides and product labels, prior to implementation onto the manufacturing systems. Supported the Research and Development department with day-to-day administration duties and monitored equipment servicing schedules.
