I love to work with people and what I'm constantly trying to do is to surround myself with people smarter and technically more prepared than me. That's the only way to improve and evolve. I do my best every day to match people with tasks they enjoy the most and to match people with people that complement them. I always try to have a plan, being prepared at the same time to adjust it as required. Prepare vs repair is my gold rule: I've experienced how much powerful, fulfilling and motivating is spending each minute of the day trying to prepare the future than spending it for fixing the past (wrong choices, procrastination,...). I'm the kind of person that preferably inspire and motivate by example instead of simply command. Sense of purpose, efficiency, success, results, change, satisfaction, helping others, winning by small wins, growth are things that energize me. I work hardly to become the leader I wish I had when I started working some years ago.
