• Advised and executed the first ESG bonds auctions in local currency, totaling US$2.25bn.• Activities related to liquidity provision and local financial market stability and development.

• Responsible for executing Mexico’s monetary policy via short- and long-term open market operations.• Performed and counseled on liability management operations as the Federal Government´s financial agent (peso-denominated) on US$500bn+ portfolio debt.• Responsible for 7 out of the 10 monetary policy mechanisms to face the COVID-19 pandemic crisis for the Bank of México, which amounted to over 3% of Mexico’s GDP, aimed to restore market functioning.• Generated market intelligence on the Mexican fixed-income assets for top management decisions, including the Board of Governors.

• Implemented and adjusted financial models on the yield curve, to enhance the optimization process of the portfolio benchmark for the International Reserves.• Researched and applied Machine Learning techniques to improve the current diversification strategies for the International Reserve’s portfolio.
