I was responsible for maintaining controlled documents throughout the facility, inputting sales orders in the ERP system, tracking costs on warranty and custom orders. I scheduled the shipping for completed yachts and yachts returning to the facility for warranty work. I was in charge of putting together owner's packets for yachts when they were completed and being sent out. I communicated with all departments to ensure proper parts were in the bill of materials, communicated with sales reps, and processed any changes made to existing orders.

I worked closely with the engineering department and assembly department to ensure the materials in the system were correct. I worked closely with the warehouse to make sure the parts were issued to the shop floor for production and to track items that were being returned. I maintained the controlled documents and updated sales orders in the ERP system. I processed the paperwork from the warehouse to pull the materials so accurate inventory was displayed for the purchasing department. I also was part of the team that implemented a new ERP system.

I was responsible for inputting invoices and tracking sales tax for the calendar year. I processed inventory transactions removing parts from the system when issued to the shop floor. I also tracked scrap and damaged parts.
