Andrea led the Healthcare and B2B Teams at Recruit and Field.Here, and in her previous role(s) Andrea successfully completed recruits and other projects spanning all areas of B2B, Financial Services, and Healthcare, recruiting the necessary participants from her research ability to find hard-to-reach individuals.

This was a 1 year contract position, encompassing business development and marketing to Payers, PBM’s, and other stakeholders, on behalf of Speranza Therapeutics (ST Genesis Device). Develop marketing materials, email and phone outreach “scripts”, identify KOL’s for webinars and advisory board.

Specializing in Healthcare and Consumer market research, BIC (best in class) benchmarking studies, new product development, situation analyses, and general market research services (recruiting, interviewing, questionnaire design, etc.).

As Research Director, Andrea Initiated the Projects Group (small research projects in all subject areas) which ran consistently, year after year, on a 50% profit margin. She was given this opportunity by the President because none of the other Research Directors wanted these small projects. This department became the largest revenue producing department in the Strategic Research Division.Simultaneously she ran the CPG Strategic Research Division (large, often multi-national assignments), which also boasted a 50% + profit margin. Andrea managed 7-8 direct reports, plus assorted freelancers and consultants, in each group servicing over 250 clients.
