Oversaw up to 2 volunteers and educated them with the knowledge they need to execute daily tasks.Assisted ~50 patients per day with check-in, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and ensured a positive experience at the clinic.Organized electronic files, assisted with medical procedures, and prepared examination rooms, eliminating extra work for the doctors.Praised for efficiency in answering phone calls, and taking initiative in prioritizing, and executing tasks.Took ownership in maintaining the standard of care and was one of the only staff on hand during the peak of Covid-19, taking on many roles to ensure doctors were able to see patients safely and efficiently.
