Supervise and direct the activities of Certified Peer Support Specialists ensuring competent and ethical delivery of services and supports are provided to clients within budgetary limits and established regulations, policies, and procedures. The Peer Support Specialists I supervise work on the following treatment teams in the Adult Division: Engagement, Criminal Justice, Assisted Outpatient Treatment, Assertive Community Treatment, Homeless Outreach, Peer Fit, Recovery Zone, and Outpatient East, West, Downtown, and South.Implement and plan peer support programming, including identifying and addressing trends, addressing problematic issues with existing programs, and developing new programs and services.Serve on the Zero-Suicide Team, the Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion ERG, the Emerging Professionals ERG, the PCORI (Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute) Peer Support Advisory Board, and the Outreach Team.Provide training in Peer Support, Peer Supervision, Chronic Disease Self-Management, and Suicide Prevention.Report to VP of Adult Services.

Delivered networking opportunities, continuing education, and technical assistance to Peer Support Specialists and their supervisors and administrators across Kentucky. The peer network I built increased by 300% over five years. In 2021, I was awarded the KYSTARS Peer Excellence Award for the Seven Counties - Midwest Region for outstanding work in mental health system transformation in Kentucky. I also served on the Bridges to Health Leadership Committee.Reported to CEO.

Provided hope and encouragement for individuals living with serious mental illness, encouraged recovery-oriented goal setting, self-determination, and self-advocacy, and supported them in achieving their goals. I worked with people individually, facilitated six different weekly therapeutic groups, and served on the Bridges to Health Leadership Committee. Bridgehaven serves about 500 members.Reported to Clinical Manager.

Responsible for franchising and marketing administration, including liaison between federal/state agencies, outside attorneys, marketing agencies, franchisees, and other suppliers/vendors. Helped the company grow from five restaurants to thirty restaurants which increased sales by 900% over six years.Reported to COO.
