In this role, I have oversight of this faith based nonprofit home care and hospice agency located in my home town of Elk River, MN. I focus my time on spirituality, employee engagement, education, operations, and of course business development. Working closely with the department leaders to accomplish the annual goals promised to the board of directors. As well as supervising the operations in accordance with regulations and policies established at state and federal level. Ensuring a commitment to quality of care, dignity and respect for the elderly we care for. In addition, focus on spiritual care for both hospice and home care in the ministry for our clients and employees. I have a deep passion for this work and a love of the agency and employees.
