I focus my practice in the areas of environmental law and landowner liability, commercial real estate, insurance coverage, complex litigation, and business law. I regularly assist clients with all aspects of environmental matters, including due diligence investigation, compliance, cleanups, cost-recovery actions, and Brownfield redevelopment. I have written on limiting premises liability for lessors and the agritourism industry, and I have a special interest in zoning and variance petitions and easement and border disputes. I also counsel established and emerging businesses on corporate formation matters and general business issues including contract negotiations, corporate governance, and property management.Additionally, my practice includes appeals, having participated from both the judicial and advocacy perspectives in Indiana’s state appellate courts and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.Prior to joining the firm, I worked with the former-Chief Justice of Indiana, the Honorable Brent E. Dickson.
