My role was mainly focused on finding employment opportunities for our clients, who are primarily Persons with Working Disabilities (PWDs). - Worked closely with PWDs at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) to find employment for them in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector.- Created training plans, guidelines and assessment criteria to facilitate the F&B training that clients go through in the kitchen.- Arranged and conducted interviews for new clients. - Updated and kept track of administrative matters and wellbeing of existing clients, and reported back to their occupational therapists. - Liaised with existing and new F&B partners to match suitable clients for employment and to keep track of the performance of currently employed clients.- Accompanied trainers to visit employed clients, and found ways to solve their concerns. Other ad-hoc responsibilities:- Sourced and arranged for new food products to be sold at the company café.- Designed simple café labels, posters and menu to promote the café and training program.
