Temporary assignment conducting recruiting activities for a locally owned moving and storage company. Posted open positions, screened applications, conducted phone interviews, conducted reference checks, assisted with onboarding process. Additionally, worked to update job descriptions, implemented applicant tracking, and provided guidance in other areas of HR as requested.

CCRI is a non-profit human services organization that provides services to people with disabilities. This was a Senior Management position within the agency reporting to the Executive Director. Responsible for oversight of all Human Resource functions. Supervised three full-time and 1 part-time HR professionals and 1-2 interns who focused on the areas of the employment cycle, compliance, training and records maintenance. Directly responsible for policy development and implementation, safety and worker’s compensation, EEO/AA compliance, benefits administration, disciplinary process and compliance with all state and federal laws and reporting requirements. Shared responsibility for payroll administration.
