- Manage the full-life recruiting cycle for Central America, Panama and Dominican Republic positions, from sourcing to onboarding requests for all hiring needs, completing the processes in the expected time to fill (21 days or less), for the different areas of the company, such as: IT, Tax, Accounting, Supply Chain and Project Management. - Stakeholder management by building relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners: throughout the recruiting process, provide guidance, understand profiles to hire, schedule interviews and update on the process and participating candidates. - Prepare and establish a pipeline of candidates based on the organization’s future needs. - Maintain our ATS system (Success Factors and Yello) updated with accurate information of the different recruiting processes and new hires. - Since September of 2022, manage the referral program of the company. Main responsibilities include: knowing the different positions that each recruiter of the team is working on, editing and redacting the referral bulletin published every week, coordinating the pay of the bonus to the people that meet the requirements of the program, analyzing the data of the referral program and present it to the managers of the Human Talent team and Service Line Partners, coordinate and lead regional webcasts, among other duties.

- Complete the whole recruiting cycle: prescreening, 1st interview, preparing and coaching candidates for 2nd interview with managers, discussing salary and details about the position, ensuring completion of paperwork from the new hires and sending job offer letters. - Participate in massive recruitment projects: hire around 25-50 collaborators in a short period (around 2 weeks for completion), in Guatemala and the United States. - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

• Therapy sessions with children, teenagers and adults.• Plan and design the therapeutic process of each patient, according to their needs and reason for consultation.• Apply and work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.• Interview people interested in starting a therapy process or with those related to a patient already involved in one.• Write different types of reports and therapeutic plans regarding the patient’s process.• Research, plan and carry out webinars on different topics, related to mental health and the pandemic, directed to different audiences (teenagers, parents, professionals, among others).

• Prepare and teach English classes to groups with a basic or intermediate English level.• Write weekly and monthly reports on achieved goals and progress of the students.
