ChargePoint is a global leader in EV-charging industry. In this critical role, my main goal is to grow the company's presence and revenue in the Italian market. The main customer segments concern:o CPOs (Charging Point Operators)o Corporate fleetso CRE o Energy UtilitiesThe main decision makers I have relationships with are fleet and facility managers, senior procurement managers and C-Level executives

Neogy is the third largest CPO in Italy and one of the most innovative one.In this role my main responsibilities and achievements were:o Restructuring of the commercial offer of the company both for corporate and retail segmentso Development of a sales network through the two holdings Alperia and Dolomiti Energiao The development of partnerships for the expansion of Neogy's public charging network o The commercial and operational implementation of the partership with Jaguar Land Rover for the development of a DC charging network through its dealers in Italy

In this role, my main objective has been to develop a recharging network through the hospitality and catering sector. As it was a start-up in a market that was still niche at the time, my role was not limited to commercial activity, but also involved business planning, contracting, and often operational activities. The results led to the creation of one of the most significant destination networks in Italy with an integrated offer based on both hardware and software, which was highly innovative at that time.
