After numerous years working for Fugro, Getech and EPI Group, as of the 1st of September 2020 I started my own consultancy. I have carefully selected to represent a few geoscience companies, all highly referenced and experts in their field: the consultancy name is a seal of reliability, Miscia – my surname, I am putting my professional ethos, experience and commercial expertise behind these companies who offer services in petrophysics, geochemistry, seismic, potential fields, reservoir monitoring, biostratigraphy, data management, oil & gas training, drilling and reservoir engineering.Since the start of this adventure I have completed 70 projects (in 48 months of business) for 54 oil and gas and mining companies. It has been a roller coaster ride which hopefully will continue for many more years!

EPI Group is a leading independent geoscience and geophysical consultancy and provider of integrated technical services to the energy industry. With main offices in London, Houston and Perth the company specialises in the latest technology and techniques, offering solutions for challenging projects. I worked as the Geoscience Business Development Manager – my role was to expand awareness for EPI Group's geoscience capabilities through targeted sales & marketing strategies in order to achieve revenue.

Getech is a highly specialised geology and geophysics consultancy that assists oil and gas companies in their exploration endeavours. My main tasks were to increase sales by identify new markets and business opportunities, monitor industry trends through detailed analysis, market & competitor analysis, assist in augment company recognition through marketing strategies and implement pre and after‐sale strategies. Have extensive experience in astutely grasping business opportunities and can analytically transform data into useful information to create targeted business and sales strategies.I have extensive contacts within the energy industry where I developed strong professional relationships with numerous oil and gas companies, mining companies and various governments.

Fugro is the world’s largest integrator of geotechnical, survey, subsea and geosciences services company. I started working on data management projects for two major oil companies. In 2008 I moved to the Applied Technology Products department to coordinate two important multiclient projects (a petroleum play evaluation tool and a geochemical database) and shortly after their successes, in 2010 I was promoted temporary Unit Manager of the same department: my achievements include managing a team of 15 people, creating a new product and creating internal marketing tools essential for seizing future business opportunities. In 2011 the Applied Technology Products department was transferred to another Fugro company and due to my hard work I was promoted Business Development Manager where my main tasks were to increase sales of Fugro Data Solution’s services. Within this period I also assisted in enhancing Fugro’s worldwide marketing database.
