Responsible for supporting 3 Sales Centers in the Merchandising Department. Directly manage 4 Supervisors, whom have a collective direct report count of 62 employees. Assisted in budget planning and ownership of expectations within those parameters. Leveraged relationships with the Local Unions and established a solid foundation of merchandising expectations.

Responsible for supporting the Sales Center Merchandising teams to ensure that annual merchandising goals for the customer services are met. Identifying areas of opportunity and executing action plans allowing the Sales Center to capitalize on those opportunity areas. Routing, staffing, managing OT, mileage and merchandiser audits performed daily to make sure all metrics are maximizing efficiency.
