Responsible for accounts payable and receivables for 89 units of assisted living, memory care and enhanced memory care service lines consisting of private pay and public assistance reimbursement sources. Experience with Service Minder, Market Minder and MN-ITS billing systems. Oversaw housekeeping and maintenance activities, including apartment turns. Assisted in all human resource functions for approximately 50 employees. Acted as Housing Manager for 3 months while supervisor was on leave, including planning and opening of Enhanced Memory Care service line.
