Design and Branding:- Research, conceptualize and design logos, brands and brand guidelines.- Develop website and landing page designs that ensure accessibility and implement industry best practices, prioritize user journeys, and drive website traffic, during a process that is led by overall success in achieving marketing objectives.- Create visually appealing and high-performing digital assets including landing pages and emails.- Design and develop engaging static and animated ads that integrate marketing strategies and achieve the overarching goals of lead generation, increased website visits, enhanced user engagement, among others. - Design and format comprehensive reports, banners and other print assets.Operations and Learning:- Collaborate with the Craft and Productivity team to develop insights-gathering methods and analyze results with the aim of fostering continuous improvement in company processes.- Facilitate the optimization of internal processes by participating in initiatives that help creatives upskill their knowledge in Figma and various tool plugins.- Design, develop and teach how to use tools and templates that improve the design process by refining workflows, improving communication and increasing consistency in design led by marketing objectives.- Support in the transition to new tools and assist in the development of projects involving HTML5 ads and HTML email.- Create customer facing and internal-use video tutorials and learning documents that teach new skills and processes.
