Responsible for the developing, configuration and maintenance of Unix and Windows Servers and VDI infrastructure, ensuring a stable, reliable and performing environment to support software developers.

Network Appliances, Storage systems, SAN-NAS, Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Virtualization, Windows and Unix based systems.Technical Support for NETAPP storage systems clients. Troubleshooting issues on a variety of different environments where a storage system could be installed.

• Customer technical support by telephone and e-mails.• Software and devices testing and troubleshooting.• Software translation and localization from English US to Italian. • Customer’s account management.

− General day-to-day business operations.− Looking after the team of fifteen bar and restaurant staff.− Working closely with other departments to ensure communication.− Maintain the restaurant layout always tidy, clean and functional.− Supervising the service.− Ensure the guests received the right high standard service. − Building up and maintaining good relationship with the customer.− Working together with the team in providing the service.− Making sure the rota and forecast are done correctly, the staff percentage established in the budget meets the profit.− Managing all the hotel functions and events (Weddings, Christmas parties, New Year parties, Easter and Bank Holidays).− Delivering staff training, including the “Train the Trainer” session in order to achieve the required standards and deliver excellent customer service.− Achieving set sales and Gross profit targets.− To ménage the till and the electronic ordering system device.
