CurrentKey activities:1. Coordinating 50+ internal team members and stakeholders across GEOs to implement the Leonardo Strategic Digital Trasformation Roadmap 2030 around 5 Geographies (Italy, Poland, UK, US, Switzerland) and 13 plants2. Providing recommendations and acting as a key intermediate to senior mangers to support the definition of timelines and decision-making processes3. Managing priorities and trade-offs to deliver across several alternatives within the projects seeking operations excellence4. Define project plans, periodical time monitoring and cost reportsMain projects:- Digital Transformation Strategic Roadmap 2030 definition- Manufacturing Execution System MES: Implementation and Go-Live of the project in multiple plants between Italy, Poland and UK- RFID/BLE Tracking: Implementation of tracking solutions based on Bluetooth Low Energy and RFID technology in multiple plants between Italy, Poland and UK- Predictive Maintenance: Implementation of smart sensors on productive machines and predictive maintenance dashboard- Visual Inspection based on machine learning algorithms: Proof of concept (POC) creation related with - - AI visual Inspection on foundry defects, assembly activities and anomaly detection- Data lake: Project management about data migration in a unique Leonardo's database ( SuperComputer Da Vinci-1)- Automatic Test Procedures: Proof of concept (POC) creation related with robotized automation of manual test procedure that take place and the end of the helicopter assembly line
