My role entails drafting standard and custom agreements, as well as reviewing, redlining and negotiating all types of agreements (MSA, NDA, SOW, Marketing, Vendor, PO’s). I work closely with internal Corporate Counsel as well as outside Counsel to mitigate risk. I also work closely with the various department leads to help streamline procedures for cradle to grave contract review. In my time at SolidFire I have spearheaded and implemented an esignature tool and process, as well as a new Contracts Management System which will allow the company to access all contracts in a centralized system and report on relevant contract data.
