With more than 8 years of experience in HR, my work has focused on Training & Development, as well as Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. The daily responsibilities included conducting technical and job-related training and workshops within and outside the team. I have driven recruitment from operational to strategic levels across various departments including Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, and more.I´m known for my strong communication and motivational skills as well as my agility and adaptability to meet unexpected challenges.
