In over ten years of work I have gained experience covering the cross-sectional area of IT Service Management, the Information Security, and auditing/controls as well as project management. I have dealt with many projects on different customers and sectors (manufacturing, banking, industry, government, etc.), and these experiences allowed me to easily understand the problems of interconnection, integration and dialogue between the different business areas, which represent one of the most important problems in the structures of ICT companies. I also acquired my ability through the commitment, as a member of the Executive Board of itSMF Italy, towards the establishment and maintenance of world standards ISO/IEC as well as best practices, like ITIL.
