If a single word was requested in order to describe myself, I think I’d use passionate: being passionate about what I do, in my personal and working life, means for me trying to find opportunities to learn in everything I do, learning from others and with others and looking for excellence and continuous improvement, not only for myself, but especially for the Organization I work in and the people around me.I love working in Medical Affairs, having a 360° overview of the company, being a consultant and a business partner for the whole Organization, ranging between operational and strategical activities.I’ve been working for achieving various competences in the past years, consolidating my skills on R&D side, taking the lead of 9 launches and being an active partner in many activities such as patient-driven-outcome studies design for pragmatic research and patient engagement. I joined the pharma business 16 years ago. During these years, I managed to work for more than 7 Therapeutic Areas (especially on onco-hematology, transplant, immunology and cardiometabolism), providing my support ranging from clinical research (RWE) and pharmacovigilance audits, owning a full A&P and becoming a 30 people team head.I’ve been recognized as a great team player to work with by building effective engagement with the Business Units and Other Departments (e.g. Market Access, Commercial Operations, Clinical study Unit and Scientific Service).
