Administrative Assistant
CurrentAssist partners, directors and management with their business and administrative needs for the firm on a national basis, but with a focus on the Southeast Region. Manage client financial statements by typing, editing, proofing and footing financial data and client information, and preparing final reports for electronic delivery to clients, or via printed copy as needed. Prepare, type and edit firm correspondence, engagement letters, management reports and statistical information. Provide assistance to all word processing requests from other regional offices when requested. Respond to the needs of the West Palm Beach office as it relates to the operation of the firm and its business practices.
